Hello, I’m Ceri, a qualified psychotherapist with over 25 years’ experience working across mental health, healthcare, and therapeutic settings. I offer a calm and compassionate space for those navigating life’s more overwhelming moments. My work is grounded in a trauma-informed, person-centred approach, integrating body awareness and mindfulness to support emotional regulation and healing.
I meet you where you are, not to fix you, but to support you in finding your own language, clarity, and direction as you move forward.
Being human isn't a flaw, and we all experience times when life feels heavier than usual. You may notice you're not sleeping well, worrying more than usual, feeling anxious, low or overwhelmed, withdrawing from the people around you, finding it difficult to switch off, or simply feeling like you've lost a sense of yourself. These experiences can be life's way of letting us know that something needs our attention. Therapy offers a compassionate space to slow down, make sense of what's happening, and learn your own language—helping you understand yourself more deeply and reconnect with the person you already are. Suffering is part of being human, but how we respond to our suffering can make all the difference.

Client Reviews
“I just wanted to say thank you for the support I have received. Ceri has been amazing, and I was so apprehensive about talking over video call with someone I didn't know, but it has helped me so much. In the future, I will be looking at how I can use my experience to help others, in the same way Ceri has, because without support of charities like you, I would have been left alone in a very dark place.”
— Client“ I just wanted to say thanks so much for the help you've given me over the last couple of months. Like I said yesterday, I can't say how much it's helped as I don't know where I would be if I hadn't had the sessions but I do know you have given me the confidence to speak openly and honestly about some very personal things which must be for the good!”
